Proclamation  is a completely one of a kind unicorn sculpture. She was created with no molds used or taken. She was hand sculpted from lightweight clay and painted to a gorgeous palomino with luscious mohair mane and tail. Her base is lightweight and is adorned with moss, grass, and running water.
